L’Economie Politique du Changement Climatique et les Relations Transatlantiques

Dans ce séminaire je décrirai mes recherches concernant l’économie politique du changement climatique et j’aborderai la question des différences, en termes d’attitude face au risque climatique et vis-à-vis du principe de précaution notamment, entre l’Europe et les Etats-Unis.

Je soulèverai les questions de recherche qui m’intéressent durant mon séjour en France et au CIRED cette année. Je traiterai notamment des raisons qui expliquent les différences entre les politiques menées des deux côtés de l’Atlantique, et de ce qui peut être fait désormais.
